Help determine Thailand’s Top Destinations by voting for one of the 30 candidates via
SMS. Your voice will help find the 9 travel destinations in the Kingdom that everyone
must visit.You do not have to be a registered member of www.9destinations.com to take
part in SMS voting. |

You can vote as many times as you wish. Only one vote per destination
per unique number will be counted towards the tally. The rest of your votes will go
towards determining the prize winner. |

SMS Voting is open from now until 30 April 2009. The 9 finalists will be announced
in May 2009. |

Prizes:
Each of the 30 destinations will have their own special prize up for grabs. Whoever sends the most SMS votes for each destination will walk away with the fabulous prizes valued at 15,000 bath/prize.

Terms & Conditions:
1. The winner places of “9 destinations” and the 30 winners from SMS vote will be announced
in the 9destinations.com website (Prizes & Winners section), and on the Bangkok Post and
Post Today newspapers on May 8, 2009.
2. To participate in the website’s activities, the participants must register on the website.
3. Our voting campaign will runs from July 1, 2008 to April 30, 2009 (midnight) which you can
participate 24 hours a day via our website and SMS voting.
4. The monthly winners from the “Invite Friend” contest are the ones who manage to have the
most email invitations opened by their friends (not the highest amount of e-mails sent).
The name of the winner will be announced on the website in the Prizes & Winners page at the
very beginning of the next month. The user with the highest cumulative score over the
course of the campaign will be awarded the grand prize at the end of the campaign.
5. The system will reset the scores to zero each month but will keep an account of the total
score for every user.
6. For SMS voting, the winner will be the person with the highest SMS votes for one place,
with a total of 30 winners for 30 places. The score will be counted at the end of the
campaign.
7. To receive the prize, the winners must present a valid form of identification to our staff.
8. The company has the authorization to change the prizes and conditions without prior notice.
9. Prizes are reserved for residents of Thailand only.
10. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
11. A 5 % withholding tax is applicable to all prizes worth 1,000 Baht or more and must be paid
by the winner upon collection of the prize.
12. The winners will be notified by the company and must receive the prize in person on the
date and place set by the company. They must contact K. Natthada Nakpaen
at 02-240-3700 ext.1311 after the announcement.
